In Campus Residency Work Program
TERM 2 & 3
The HCMX PGP takes experiential learning with a balance of simulation and connects real company operations directly to the classroom. Through strategic partnerships with corporates, startups, and SMEs, HCMX receives live business projects outsourced by industry partners, allowing students to work on authentic assignments under professional supervision.
Each in-campus department: Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and Operations functions as a delivery unit that executes real tasks for client companies while meeting learning objectives.
Resident Manager:
Each Department at HCMX is led by a resident manager, a senior industry professional of corporate/SME/Startup experience. They bridge academic learning with real-world business execution by mentoring student teams, managing live and simulated projects and ensuring professional standards in all deliverables.
MBA / PGDM Pathway
Students enrolled in the HCMX Post Graduate Program have the option to pursue a parallel MBA pathway, subject to eligibility. Those who require a formal degree credential may opt to complete a UGC-recognized MBA/PGDM in India or an internationally aligned MBA/PGDM earning ECTS credits through an accredited online partner institution. This pathway runs alongside the HCMX program, allowing students to gain both industry-integrated management training and a recognized academic qualification. Participation in the MBA pathway is optional and designed to provide flexibility based on individual career goals and regulatory requirements.
